About Us |
Joel
and Cindy Incorvaia are the founders of Rainbow Prison
Ministry, established in 1999 in response to the
calling on their lives to fulfill the commission of
Isaiah 61:1-4
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me,
for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the
poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to
proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners
will be freed. He has sent me to tell those who mourn
that the time of the Lord’s favor has come, and with it,
the day of God’s anger against their enemies. To all who mourn in Israel, he will give a
crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of
mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their
righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the
Lord has planted for his own glory. They will rebuild the ancient ruins, repairing
cities destroyed long ago. They will revive them, though
they have been deserted for many generations. |

Joel and Cindy have traveled to Mexico,
Colombia, Brazil and Washington, teaching
the biblical principles on healing and God’s
heart to bring freedom to the captives. They
have completed courses with Listening
Prayer, Elijah House, Christian Healing
Ministries, International Association of
Healing Rooms, and Dewnamis Ministries.
Their vision is to impart healing to those
in need, and equip believers to lead
supernatural lives through the power of the
Holy Spirit and to develop a testimony of
these events in their lives.
Joel and Cindy incorporate praise and
worship with colorful banners in their
service at Rainbow. They facilitate a
volunteer program for people with a heart to
share their love and encouragement with
women in prison. They have organized
Christmas drives to provide the inmates with
gift packets, and accept donations
throughout the year to fund this project.
Stationary is especially appreciated by the
prisoners so they can keep in contact with
their children and families. |
